Therapeutic massage, tailored to you
We start with a Swedish massage as the foundation and work in other techniques based on what you need that day. That can mean deeper pressure for stubborn knots, acupressure to target specific points, or cupping to help release tension and improve circulation.
What we can help with
- Tight, sore muscles and everyday tension
- Stress relief and relaxation
- Recovery from physical work or activity
- Improved circulation and range of motion
Because we also offer chiropractic and acupuncture under the same roof, we can coordinate your care if massage is part of a bigger picture. We will always be straight with you about what will actually help.
What to expect at your first visit
If it is your first massage with us, come a few minutes early. We will ask a couple of quick questions about how you are feeling and any areas you want us to focus on or avoid. From there you are in good hands. You set the pace, and you can always speak up about pressure or anything else during the session. This is your time.
